here's what $197 actually gets you šŸ‘‡

šŸ“‹ a template library for every contract you've been avoiding
šŸ’¬ monthly office hours where you bring the messy questions and i answer live
āœ… document review before you sign anything
šŸ’› a room of founders building what you're building

$197/month. $1,970/year. that's the full price. no intro rate, no surprise in December.

and if you need more once you're inside, add-on document review runs less than $100/month and additional calls are $50/month. most lawyers charge $450 an hour minimum. you're looking at roughly twenty minutes of phone time at a standard firm to hit that cost. 🤯

the membership closes friday, september 4 at 11:59pm pacific and doesn't reopen this year. that's a capacity call, not a marketing tactic. i'm one attorney and i can only take on a certain number of members and still do the work the way i want to do it.

if you've been meaning to handle the legal side of your business and keep not handling it, this is the version where it costs less than one problem costs to fix. 🤐

seven years into practicing law for small businesses, and I can still clock the same mistakes before the story is even finished.

may be a different founder and different number, but its the same gaps.

most of the time, it comes down to this:

bad contracts
no trademark strategy
no operating agreement
signing things without reading them
waiting until there’s already a fire to find a lawyer

and every single one of those can cost way more to fix later than it would’ve cost to handle upfront.

that’s the part people don’t see when they’re trying to save money, move fast, or keep things casual. a vague agreement turns into a payment fight. a brand name you love turns into a rebrand.

this is why legal support matters BEFORE you're in the mess, not once it’s already expensive.

if you want a lawyer in your corner who can help you catch these issues earlier, review what’s coming in, and support your business as it grows, that’s exactly what the Legalmiga Membership is for.

apply through the link in bio, or DM us MEMBERSHIP if you want details. we close doors friday.

Nobody handed me an invite to these rooms. 🚪

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. The Tory Burch Fellowship. Gusto Small Business Advisory Council.

Rooms I genuinely didn’t think were for someone like me — a first-time business owner with no roadmap and no network handed down.

Here’s what I learned getting in anyway:

You cannot self-select out. I almost didn’t apply to these programs because I decided — all by myself — that I wasn’t qualified enough. I rejected myself before anyone else could. Whether you’re ā€œenoughā€ is THEIR decision to make. Your only job is to apply.

And when you do? Don’t show up as a watered-down version of everyone else. For way too long I tried to mimic what I thought a ā€œrealā€ lawyer and business owner was supposed to look and sound like.

The moment I stopped? Everything changed. The quirky things I used to hide are the exact things people tell me drew them in.

Nobody picks the copy. They pick the original. šŸ¤ŒšŸ½

And once you’re in the room — hold the door open. Everything I learn in these spaces gets poured right back into this community and the LegalmigaĀ® Library.

What room are you trying to get into this year?

A 26-year-old Colombian man was shot and killed by ICE during an operation in Biddeford, Maine this morning.

A state with one of the lowest Latino populations in the U.S.

Biddeford is home to less than 700 Latinos. Total.

He was authorized to work in the U.S.
He had a Social Security number.

They are HUNTING us.ļæ¼
