We love helping our customers at Absolutely Postal, but as an Authorized UPS Outlet, our system CANNOT scan Amazon QR codes. Want to drop your return off with us and save a trip? Here is the trick! 👇

When Amazon asks how you want to return your item, look at the image below and select "UPS Dropoff". (Do NOT select Whole Foods, Kohl’s or UPS Store—those only give QR codes!).

✅ Got the printed label and box? Drop it off for FREE!
✅ Need it printed? We can print the label for $1.
💡 PRO TIP: If your item is broken or defective, Amazon usually provides this printable label for FREE!

We hope UPS changes the QR rule in the future, but until then, choosing "UPS Dropoff" keeps things fast and local. ❤️📦

Our hours of operations for Martin Luther King observance, Monday January 15 are our normal hours of operation of 8:30am-6pm Indio location and 9am-6pm Ranch Mirage location..UPS and USPS are NOT open and operational today. FEDEX IS open and running. We are here to help you with your shipping needs today but please note..nothing other than FedEx will get picked up today.
