January 2026 Southern California Housing Market Update 📊
Wondering if now is the right time to buy or sell? The answer isn’t in the headlines, it’s in the local data. The final MLS numbers for LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties show a market that’s normalizing, not crashing.
