Just Sold — Closed in 21 days.

One of the fastest closings we’ve had, especially for a property with a solar lease (if you know, you know).

We did run into a few minor issues before closing, but everything was addressed quickly and resolved the right way. In the end, the seller was happy with the speed, and the buyer was confident moving forward knowing everything was handled properly.

One of the fastest closings we’ve had, especially for a property with a solar lease (if you know, you know).
