Why do I need a Probate Attorney?⚖️
Probate attorneys can help avoid several problems that arise from failure of the Personal Representative of the deceased persons estate to execute duties properly, including:
1. Waste of estate assets, which will reduce the inheritance for their heirs.
2. Relay in processing and closing the estate
3. missing valid creditor claims that make the PR personally responsible for the debts.
4. Incorrectly distributing the assets to their heirs, again leading to the personal liability to the representative.

We are able to meet with clients and potential clients via video conferencing (e.g. Skype, Facetime, etc.). Unfortunately, legal issues don’t shelter in place.

I received more great news today. Another trial I won in 2012 was affirmed on appeal. It's great having two of my victories affirmed in as many weeks.

I strategically settled a case to avoid a trial while getting my clients exactly what they wanted. I settled with one party leaving the remaining parties with no choice but to settle or endure a pummeling by me at trial. I received the final signature on the settlement agreement five minutes before trial was scheduled to begin.
