“THE NEXT EVOLUTION OF REAL ESTATE MEDIA”
Lucas and I have been friends for quite some time when he was first building out Rendy. It became really clear that we were both obsessed with how far we could push realism with light and atmosphere once an image already existed; for me with images for him it was with motion. The two combined become incredibly powerful.
Rendy is building some pretty cool tools for Real Estate media pros centered around image-to-video motion. When we finally got a chance to catch up we realized this intersection between specialties, me with images and him with videos was going to be huge!
.
I’ve always been fascinated creating methods to streamline my process as well as exploring the possibilities for manipulating light, time of day, staging, or clever fixes to quickly clean up messes or completely renovate or change the look of anything with a single powerful prompt.
I think if you’re trying to create video from images, having a strong knowledge and workflow with your image manipulation can lead to some really cool and scroll stopping results. Your output will always only be as good as your input.
I’ll keep doing what I’ve been doing helping photographers understand how to approach light, realism, staging, and creative control through prompts— and Rendy is building technology that allows those ideas to start evolving into motion in the most efficient way possible.
If you’re curious about the workflow side of things that’s exactly what I dive into on my 1 on 1 consultations and inside my course. Shoot me a DM if you’re interested! I have yet to let down a single consult and I always have the door open should you ever have a problem you need to help solve with Ai image stuff once you’re under my umbrella. I will try to teach you everything I know and share my entire prompt library with you after our meeting.
If you want to see where image to video tools specializing in Real Estate media are heading, definitely check out what .io is building; I feel like we’re all just getting started!

“HDR IMAGE FATIGUE”
Well, then there is Ai fatigue too which I am pretty understanding of. I don’t know about you guys but when I’m scrolling here through Instagram and I see some HDR image set there’s a high chance I just kind of scroll along. It’s tough because everyone’s HDR work more or less looks the same. All of these image sets just look… the same!
I haven’t made a post in a little while and instead of posting a bunch of before and after images here is just the ‘afters’.. These are images that have had a little artificial soul injected into them. Images that make you stop even for a moment and have a much better shot of making you feel something.
Anyway, as always, thanks for reading!
P.S. Wet concrete twilights making a comeback!! 😂 — Honestly it’s just fun because it’s different. I think we just need something a little bit different these days.
P.P.S. I’d love to teach you literally everything I’ve worked towards up until this point. All of my prompts, advice, workflow, best practices, all of it! Shoot me a DM!

10 Minute Challenge?! …took me 15 😞
So, now that the kids and wife are asleep, I had this wild idea today to record video of a prompting workflow session to see if I could virtually stage 7 images in 10 minutes. The criteria was to choose my own design style, and articulate each scene accordingly to make accurate prompts! (I can’t get away from wanting to design in the “Japandi Organic Modern” style)—I ran all of them through my prompt named “Sure-fire” afterward because it’s always more fun to add a little bit of sauce for Instagram.
I think my biggest flex are first two virtually staged images of the great room; I was able to nail down a pretty large perspective shift of the same great room while adding a prompt to lightly stage the kitchen. That felt good nailing that down under pressure.
The video is in my course in my bio! I’ve decided to proceed to continually make content for my “MA PHOTO: AI Real Estate & A&D Workflow System” course— I’m so grateful to all of you that have signed up! I hope to deliver as much value to you guys as possible. The feedback has been tremendous and I’m so grateful for all of you. 🙏🏼

This incredibly overcast day couldn’t have been any worse.
…but! with the right prompts, every day is a good day! — I’m coming to realize that this whole prompt philosophy and workflow I’ve got going on has transformed my confidence to approach literally any situation in the field. Clean-ups, inclement weather, staging, whatever it is I have found a solution for it. Even bailing you out of a lame image set because the weather wasn’t really providing any help to add shape or dimension to your key photos.
It has become such a trajectory for me as I am entering a mentorship role within the community of Ai interested Real Estate Photographer folks around the world. I feel very passionate about providing as much value as possible and every single call I’ve ended so far my consultees always seem to be absolutely thrilled with the information I am able to provide them with.. I make that my primary mission for every single 1 on 1.
I would love to arm you with the knowledge to feel powerful to approach most any situation out in the field. Edits don’t have to be an arduous task, it can be rather speedy and fun with the correct workflow. I am so excited I can pretty much say yes to solving most of any of my client’s pain points. —I’d love the opportunity to help empower you with powerful image Ai tools no matter what level you’re at in photography. DM me! Let’s chat and see what we can accomplish.

I am in complete disbelief right now, the support and outreach has been tremendous.
I have been obsessed with learning every which way I can figure out to utilize this tech to solve so many pain points I have had in my 10 years as a Real Estate photographer.
Virtual Staging, virtual twilights, virtual appliance installation, sky swaps, street cleanups, ocean/sky horizon enhancement, vehicle removals, grass replacements, concrete cleanup, rainy wet day to dry with sunny skies, and of course mimicking A&D photography. This list goes on. All of this faster and better than ever before with the right prompt or direction. Virtual twilights are now nearly indistinguishable from real twilights. The list literally just goes on.
I am so excited to have helped the people I have helped so far. Every single 1 on 1 I have taken on so far has made me feel so excited and inspired to help more people. Once the call ends I feel like I’ve made a new ally and someone who found so much value in something I found so exciting and important. It is my absolute mission to provide as much value as absolutely possible to those that are interested. Aside from sharing my workflows my 1 on 1 folks have expressed they have found incredible value in my “Prompt Library” that I give at the end of our session. Every day I find myself trying to add new universal master prompts to it, anything for a new scenario that could help solve a problem.. or bring life to a boring photo.
Remember folks all of this is as ethical as you make it. I shot this photoshoot for a builder about 6 months ago in the illustrious Hidden Hills. He just had me shoot this incredible house with no staging. This was so much fun to dive back into this project and bring some of these images to life.
In about 1 week time my little family will be complete as we welcome our 3rd child, my new baby boy. I’ll be on paternity leave from that time on until we feel it’s appropriate to get back to work. I’d love to help out as many people as possible until then!
Please feel free to DM me, I’d love to share my prompts and all that I have learned.

First post of 2026! …but not the first home.
Shot this a little while back and I’ve been always felt really hesitant to make posts. I guess if an amazing $5m San Clemente home that I shot doesn’t get posted on my feed then nothing ever will.
There’s a way I like to shoot and have my images looking for the bulk of my real estate work, but since this is my Instagram I figured this time I wanted to present some images from this set in a way I wanted to.
The streets were edited to look factory new, some lighting has been enhanced, some items I felt needed to be gone have been removed.
Here’s just a few of my favorites, thanks for checking it out! 🤘🏼

You can cower in fear from it or become a victim of it; or, embrace it. That’s not to say I think you should allow yourself to become brain dead and not do your own work or thinking. I think now is the chance to utilize the powerful tools you now can have at your disposal. Now is your chance to level up your workflows in all things professional and even personal.
I love shooting AirBnBs for this client. They’re designers as much as they’re AirBnB managers. I have been working on how I can use my knowledge to mimic the look of Architecture and Design photography. With a little bit of careful prompting and photoshop I found ways to just manipulate the light in post production to create more gripping and moody scenes WITHOUT altering the architecture or the home itself.
Ai is here, it’s not going anywhere, and I’m looking forward to using it ethically in 2026 to efficiently make powerful media for myself and my clients.

This isn’t my usual style—and that’s exactly why I made these compositions.

While most typical real estate imagery demands light, bright, and neutral, these frames explore mood and more emotional light.

Same spaces… Different intention. Different visual communication.
