Meet Raymond Patrick Tullos, Attorney at Tullos & Tullos, PLLC.

For Raymond, practicing law in Raleigh means more than simply coming to work each day. It means continuing a family tradition of serving the people of Smith County and communities throughout Mississippi.

A graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, Raymond was admitted to practice law in Mississippi in 2011. He followed in the footsteps of his father, John Raymond Tullos, and his uncle, Eugene C. Tullos, continuing a family legacy in the legal profession.

Over the years, Raymond has represented clients in matters before Mississippi trial and appellate courts while continuing to practice from the firm’s office right here on Main Street in Raleigh.

But around our office, Raymond is more than the attorney whose name appears on the pleadings. He is our boss, coworker, problem-solver, and an important part of what makes Tullos & Tullos the firm it is today.

We are proud to have Raymond Patrick Tullos representing our clients and carrying the Tullos name into another generation of legal practice in Mississippi.

This Memorial Day, our office will be closed as we honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. May we never forget the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy today.

A fascinating piece of Raleigh, Mississippi history:

This 1946 letter from a man in Kansas recalls his memories of Raleigh in the late 1800s and describes it as “one of the drunkenest, fightingest crowds” he had ever seen. Whether exaggerated frontier storytelling or a glimpse into the rough-and-tumble days of early Mississippi life, it’s incredible to read firsthand accounts that connect us to the people and personalities of our town’s past nearly 130 years ago. History truly comes alive through old letters like this.
