Our Wake County Public School System Nutrition teams completed two full days of Culinary Training last week, rotating through handsโ€‘on stations in aromatics, knife skills, herbs and spices, cooking methods, and new recipe development. ๐Ÿง‚ ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ ๐Ÿณ Teams also participated in sessions on managing special diets, emergency awareness, and mastering production records. โœ…

Meet Panshul Aeron and Swayam Shah, two outstanding seniors from Green Level High School who are turning their passion for helping others into meaningful action. ๐ŸŽ“ โœจ Through their nonprofit organization, Global Scholars Alliance, they have spent the past two years working to improve nutritional support for students across North Carolina. ๐Ÿฅ— ๐ŸŒŽ

Their dedication has helped raise funds to provide free meals for students, and they are now preparing to donate $3,000 to the Wake County Public School System Child Nutrition Services Angel Fund. ๐Ÿ’™ ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ ๐Ÿ™Œ
