A tale as old as time (in real estate at least!) ✨

I recently took over a listing that hadn’t sold with another agent—which seems to becoming a bit of a pattern lately (which is great news for my clients!).

The market isn’t what it was in 2021/2022. As things shift, we have to shift with it. Success today takes a more thoughtful approach—strategic prep, intentional marketing, and setting the right expectations from the start.
