Get to know Attorney Toler Ratledge! Toler joined Wilson Ratledge in 2006 and focuses her practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and commercial leasing, representing buyers and sellers of both developed and undeveloped properties. Before joining the firm, she spent nine years as General Counsel to Parker Lincoln Developers, the largest developer and owner of industrial and warehouse properties in the Triangle, which gave her firsthand experience with every stage of a commercial real estate project.
