Most people in the Raleigh area associate me with Real Estate, but only a few associate me with pastries and cooking. In my pre-real estate life, I had been a hotel owner, an executive chef, a pastry chef and a college professor teaching culinary arts and hospitality management. I've been quietly giving and selling my cheesecakes to past clients and people in the know. I've recently expanded my range to include eclairs & cream puffs as well as gluten-free cheesecakes/eclairs/cream puffs. My cheesecake recipe is based on the Ithaca Cheesecake recipe (but improved), the eclairs and cream puffs are from my time at the C.I.A. Don't get excited, that's the Culinary Institute of America.
