The Fonville Morisey Center for Real Estate Studies has been successfully delivering real estate education for over 40 years. At the FM School, we offer courses in broker pre-licensing, broker post-licensing and Continuing Education classes as mandated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. In addition, the FM School offers our exclusive “NC State Specific Review” designed to assist experie

nced real estate agents licensed in other states earn their North Carolina Real Estate Licenses. To learn more about how our state licensing works, either contact us or visit the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s website. Our school is anchored by a highly qualified and results-driven staff of instructors including two who hold the designation of Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) of which there are only 110 nationwide. In addition, to keep their experience “current,” half of our instructors actively list and sell real estate. Many students who attend our school are pursuing a career in real estate sales. Owned by Fonville Morisey Realty, a Long & Foster Company, we take great pride in providing students with not only a quality real estate education, but also an inside look into the real world of real estate sales. For those students deciding to join Fonville Morisey and become real estate agents, our school goes on beyond “graduation,” and continues to deliver proven educational programs, offering unmatched sales training, lead generation and business building activities.
