137 Lord Ashley Road - Before and After Slideshow

Wonderful collaboration with To***co Road Custom Builders on a 1958 home in Historic Longview Gardens in East Raleigh. I've loved this neighborhood since moving back from New York and jumped at the opportunity. Thank you to Jamie Ferguson Longview Gardens is a hidden gem that probably won't stay hidden for too much longer.

The scope of work included a master bathroom/closet addition, new electrical, HVAC, roof, lighting, floors - you name it, we improved it. Early on, we discovered the main living room ceiling could be opened to allow 12+ ft. ceiling height. This was a game changer and allowed the home to really transform.

Covid, Supply Chain issues coupled with volatile material costs, and the ever perplexing world of Raleigh infill regulations turned what started out as a flip into a labor of love. Doug Greene and Randy Talton were able to deliver an exceptional product while pivoting and rolling with the "New Normal."

The Raleigh housing market remains extremely competitive and we were fortunate to get this under contract prior to completion. Who you work with makes a difference. I'm very grateful to have worked with such a fantastic team.
