I don't typically share such personal news on my business page, but I'm hoping the broad reach of everyone here geographically and professionally may help.

Liz Waddell (far right) is a college friend who went missing in Grenada last week. The story has been on local and now national news, so please share until she is found if you see it in your feed. She currently has blond hair and is actually closer to 5 feet tall, not 5'5".

Liz has always had a kind heart, fiery spirit and is beyond talented at everything she does. She is loved by so many in the Cary/Raleigh community, and all wanted nothing more than her safe return.🙏🏼

Speaking from experience with both... 🤷🏼‍♀️

Some life events are funny after the fact. A bad real estate experience usually isn't one of them. Turns out, avoiding unnecessary angst is a smart life and real estate strategy.

The jokes are free. The negotiation skills are even better. 😏 Let's use the latter to your advantage.
