Jamling Law Firm is a community-based law firm in Queens, New York.

Our Founder Jamling Law Firm is founded by attorney Pasang Jamling. Prior to starting his own law firm, he worked at personal injury and real-estate law firms.

Attorney Jamling has also worked on wide varieties of immigration deportation cases through his internship at the Legal Aid Society, Brooklyn Defender Services, and Elizabeth Immigration Court under the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the U.S. Department of Justice. Through CARA Family Detention Pro Bono Project, he also went to US-Mexico border in Dilley, Texas, and voluntarily assisted immigrant mothers and children crossing the border in seeking asylum.

Attorney Jamling has earned Doctorate in Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the City University of New York School of Law, Master’s in Public Policy and Administration (M.P.P.A.) from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and Bachelor’s in Arts (B.A. Law) from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore University.

We Speak Attorney Pasang Jamling can fluently communicate with his clients in both Tibetan and Nepali languages. In fact, prior to entering into law practice, he interpreted hundreds of Tibetan and Nepali cases for over six years for Family Courts, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, and County Supreme Courts across the New York City. Attorney Jamling also speaks Hindi.
