📢 IMPORTANT: New USCIS Fees Now in Effect

As of July 22, 2025, USCIS has implemented new immigration filing fees under the H.R. 1 Reconciliation Bill, signed into law on July 3.

These new fees apply to key applications like:
🔹 Work permits
🔹 TPS
🔹 Asylum and more

❌ Fee waivers and reductions are no longer available. Applications submitted without the correct payment after August 21 will be rejected.
