We’re back!

As New York City enters Phase II of the grand re-opening, we have reopened our office. Although we have never stopped working for you, we can now do it from our offices with all of our staff and attorneys in one place.

We will be abiding by all CDC and State mandated guidelines including temperature checks, social distancing and lowered building capacity. Our staff and attorneys will be rotating their days in the office and, when not in the office, will continue working remotely on all of your matters and any new ones you may require. We continue to be available to you 24/7 via email and our voicemail system.

Please remember to make an appointment if you need to see us. We will be available to you whenever you need us, but we must be able to manage the amount of people in the office at any one time and allocate the various meeting rooms accordingly. Hopefully, we will be able to return to normal operations soon. In the meantime, we need your cooperation to ensure the health and safety of all of our staff, clients and families.

Its been a long two weeks, but today a New York County jury returned a verdict of $1,000,000.00 against the NYC Transit Authority in favor of my client who was seriously injured on an uptown bus.
