It was so windy!!!! 😅 But seriously…. Not a lot of homes in this price range have views like this and Garage space like this!!! if you wanna park six or 10 cars or a combination of toys and RVs, and boats, and anything else fun you can think of, or just need to ridiculous workshop, this house is 100% something you should check out! Not a lot of places where you can sit on your back patio and see open space for miles without another home in that direction. And maybe all of it is not your actual backyard….. 😅 but when your lot blends seamlessly into state land that won’t become a neighborhood… It feels like it’s your own backyard! One family gets to move to a bigger, newer house down the road! And another family gets a fantastic new home after moving here from Hawaii! I always ask my clients to tell me what would be ideal for their move even if it doesn’t seem “realistic”… And then we do everything in our power to shoot for that! And sometimes it just works out like magic. 🥹🎉 My Sellers don’t close on their new build for six weeks, and they wanted to order some upgrades to install as soon as that closes, so they asked if there was any way to get a post possession for a few weeks. And what do you know… The exact right Buyer comes along who won’t be moving here for six weeks after closing… So it worked out for everyone!🤗✨🔮✨🤩

Yep! That’s the same outfit that I was wearing in the last video. We had to shoot them in the same day and I wasn’t about to change! lol 😆 but in all seriousness… This house is awesome!
