📐 Why We Don’t Quote Per Square Foot
We get this question all the time:
💬 “What’s your cost per square foot?”
Here’s the truth:
In custom home building, that number is almost nonexistent and often meaningless.
A 3,000 sq. ft. home with standard finishes and a simple roofline is not the same as a 3,000 sq. ft. home with high-end custom cabinetry, engineered trusses, and a complex foundation.
Same square footage — completely different investment.
