About The Stephens Law Firm

While a large part of his work is in the context of litigation, Rod prefers to work with his clients to develop procedures and processes that avoid the cost and expense of litigation. Rod Stephens’ passion is to see a workplace where employees don't have to worry about sexual harassment. During the past 30 years, he has fought to protect the rights of women (and men) that have experienced workplace sexual harassment.

He has dedicated a large part of his practice to representing victims of sexual harassment or those who have experienced retaliation for reporting sexual harassment.
