Monik is a soldier who moved here from Hawaii, so naturally, this turned into a little island girls house-hunting moment — and even our lender is from Hawaii. 🌺😂

But what I really love about Monik’s story is how intentional she is with real estate. Instead of looking at each duty station as just another temporary stop, she’s used her moves as opportunities to build something for herself. This purchase officially became property #3 for her.

We found her a top-floor condo in a gated community with a two-car garage, community gym, and plenty of room for her two very important roommates, Gucci and Louis. 🐾

And her story is such a good reminder for other service members: using your VA loan once doesn’t necessarily mean you’re done. That escalated quickly 😂

Apparently handing over the keys wasn’t enough. Somewhere along the way I unlocked my final Realtor form. 👑⚡️🏡

But in all seriousness, this is genuinely how I feel when a deal comes together after all the negotiating, problem solving, contracts, inspections, deadlines, and behind the scenes work.

There is nothing better than watching a family finally get the keys to their new home and knowing I gave that deal everything I had. 🔑✨

Okay… maybe not zero problems 😅 but a huge part of my job is helping mitigate issues before they become bigger ones.
