Your goals are my goals when it comes to real estate. The end result is the most important consideration, but the process is what determines how you'll feel about it when the transaction is over. In every situation I strive to make sure you feel that there was effective communication, education, analysis, and that I provided you with the tools you needed to make sound decisions; hopefully you'll enjoy yourself as well. After starting my real estate career in residential sales I began marketing new home communities, which led into investment properties and in turn into commercial properties. After handling leasing on several retail and office projects I became an asset manager for a large commercial property management company overseeing a portfolio of properties valued at over $100 million. I've now taken that experience and am using it to represent clients in sales, leasing, consultation, and investment capacities. Having some of the most extensive real estate experience in Northern Utah allows me to navigate you through unique and difficult transactions making the process feel simple and concise. Whether leasing or developing a commercial project or buying or selling a home, let me put my knowledge and skills to work for you.
