We didn’t get into multifamily because we wanted more work.
We wanted the opposite.
After years of working, building our careers, flipping houses, and growing Renovation Boomers, we started asking:
How can we continue growing through real estate without having to personally manage every renovation, tenant, and property?
That question eventually led us to multifamily investing.
The journey has completely changed the way we look at real estate.

We passed on several multifamily deals before investing in our first one.
At first, that felt discouraging, not being able to find the right deal.
But one thing we've learned is that saying no to the wrong investment can be just as important as saying yes to the right one.
We weren't interested in investing just so we could say we owned multifamily.
We wanted the numbers, operator and business plan to make sense.
