In many of the estate cases Kelli handles, she is tasked with finding the pets, of the deceased, a home. Her latest rescue mission included 7 cats, with one ending up in Oklahoma! Goldberg Simpson would like to welcome our newest Associate, Brianne "Anne" Adams!

Her practice focuses primarily on family law. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in juvenile dependency, landlord/tenant, and family law in Oregon.

Originally from Minnesota, Anne has lived in all four time zones of the continental US. She most recently lived in Oregon prior to moving to Kentucky in August 2025. She received her B.A. in Global Affairs with a Minor in Legal Studies from George Mason University in 2016. Anne received her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2021. While in law school, she was Editor-in-Chief of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution (WJILDR) and a member of the Moot Court Board. Anne is admitted to the Oregon Bar. She is temporarily authorized to practice law in Kentucky while her admission to the Kentucky Bar Association is pending.

Outside of the firm, Anne enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats."

Louis Waterman and his team from TJ Middle School and Shawnee participated in the Kentucky Derby Festival (KDF) Foundation's JusticeFest which is an annual event where Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) students in grades 3-12 present "Shark Tank"-style innovative projects and solutions to community issues in Louisville. The event showcases student-led work on social justice, environmentalism, and community improvement, connecting them with leaders for mentorship and support. Congratulations to all these young men and women!

Rebecca Davis joined Goldberg Simpson in July of 2025. Her practice primarily consists of divorces, custody disputes, and domestic violence issues.

Rebecca received her J.D. in 2024, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she served as both the President of the Jewish Law Student Association and a 3L class representative. Rebecca has been admitted to the Kentucky Bar since October 2024.

When she is not working, Rebecca spends time volunteering for Camp Nageela Midwest, a Jewish overnight summer camp, reading as many books as she can get her hands on, and playing video, card, and board games with friends and family.
