We are pleased to announce the addition of our newest associate, Alexander Wagner. He represents clients in commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, and tort and civil defense matters. His practice includes complex contract litigation, real estate and property disputes, internal business conflicts between partners and LLC members, and franchiser–franchisee matters. Alexander also handles employment‑related claims involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and advises employers on drafting, interpreting, and enforcing employment agreements and restrictive covenants. In addition to his litigation work, Alexander has experience in arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, helping clients navigate disputes efficiently and strategically.
Outside the firm, Alexander enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being outdoors, lifting, and working on home improvement projects.
