Our office will be closed July 31, 2025 due to a death in the family. We will reopen on August 1st but will have court in Elmore County.

Our office will be closed July 3rd and 4th to allow our staff time to spend the holiday with their family. If you are a current client, please message us through your client portal if you have an emergency issue. We will be randomly checking telephone messages, emails and MyCase messages through the weekend.

Update on email virus:

We received the virus from a verifiable email contact who regularly sends us attachments and had no reason to suspect their email attachment could be an issue. It appears the way this virus works in your system is it will create a "rule" in your email account that forces all of your incoming emails to be automatically stored in a new RSS folder. The virus also sends itself back out to every email address in your system as a "reply all" to emails you have received or sent but ONLY to those addresses contained within each specific email. A review of the emails sent from our office does not appear to have forwarded any information or emails to addresses other than originating or intended email addresses from each original email.

We have contained the virus, upgraded our software protection, and APOLOGIZE deeply for any inconvenience this may have caused any of our past or current clients and associates.

Our email has been hacked. Do not open any attachment email from our office at this time.

In anticipation of the weather, our office will be working remote on Tuesday, January 21st and Wednesday, January 22nd. All appointments will be changed to either another date or handled virtually. We will check telephone messages and return calls as soon as possible and current clients will be able to reach us through their online portal.
