Here are a few interesting stats from the latest market report:
• Pending sales are up 26.2%
• 523 homes have already sold this year
• Inventory is up 5.6%
• Sellers are still receiving an average of 98.7% of asking price
• Median home price in Ascension is currently around $314,000

We’re also seeing more multiple offer situations again, especially on move-in ready homes 👏

While homes are sitting a little longer than they did during the crazy COVID market, buyers are still actively looking and people continue moving to Ascension for the schools, growth, and quality of life.
