Wrapping up another busy week and weekend with a full tank of gas after Sunday showings! ⛽️🏡

Last week brought some beautiful weather, drone flights , showings, and a closing on a great home in Mount Sterling. Amazing sellers + wonderful buyers made for such a smooth transaction! ❤️ 🏡

Also squeezed in a build your own bouquet event during the week 💐 Safe to say I won’t be quitting my day job to become a florist anytime soon. 😂 Then the sunny weekend called for some park time and adventures with my girls! ☀️💕

Another busy week ahead, but I’m looking forward to it and especially the Crawford County Fair this coming weekend! 🎡🐄

From showings, including a charming and unique Victorian style home 😍, to attending the Driftless Development “Come Home to River Country” informational meeting, coordinating an appraisal, client updates and everything in between!

We also celebrated a closing! 🎉🔑 So excited for my buyers as they officially start their next chapter in their new home! ❤️

A HUGE congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of her new home at 426 Bench Street in Lynxville! 🎉 This one comes with a pretty amazing bonus…that beautiful Mississippi River view! 🌅

🏡 It’s been a busy week in real estate! 🏡

From showings and meeting with clients to drafting offers, reviewing inspections, scheduling appointments, pulling signs, and even celebrating a closing, it’s been one of those weeks with a little bit of everything! 🔑🏠📝

Thursday evening, we traded real estate for swimsuits and got to enjoy some pool fun at the Peoples State Bank Free Community Swim Night at Wacouta Aquatic Park! 💦☀️ The girls had a blast, and it was the perfect way to enjoy a summer evening together.
