I began investing in Real Estate in 2003. I earned my Home Inspection master certifications to further my knowledge in 2004, and followed with my Real Estate license in 2005. Later in 2005, I sold my contracting company to my partner and became a Full-Time Real Estate agent. I have undertaken numerous renovation and investment projects throughout the years and really "know" houses inside and out.
