24 years ago, I got my real estate license and had absolutely no idea just how much this career would shape my life.

I didn't know how many front doors I'd open. How many families I'd watch settle into their very first home. How many tears of joy I'd share at closing tables. How many people would trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives — and how deeply I would take that trust to heart. 💛

What I've learned in 24 years:

Over the years, I have given hundreds of friends, family and clients these cups. The weird thing is that up until last week, I rarely used mine, and only used it when I was in my car. I finally realize what ya'll love about it! Instead of heating my coffee up multiple times each morning, I had the genius idea to use my cup. And wow, I'm so happy I did!! I'm just a little sad it never occurred to me before! Show me your cups in the wild!

I recently had the pleasure of helping this sweet couple find the perfect condo in Dublin, and being a part of their transition to central Ohio to be closer to family. They built the home they have been living in in northern OH 50 years ago, and obviously the real estate market has changed greatly since then! I know they'll love being so much closer to their grandchildren, and will cherish making new memories in their new home! Welcome to Central OH, and thank you for trusting me to be by your side!

Seriously… I cannot get over the absolutely awful “flips” I’ve shown recently.. and for the love, STOP going overboard on the kitchen the kitchens while leaving 60+ year old windows, outdated electric panels, and trying to make things fit where they shouldn’t… it’s beyond frustrating, aggravating, annoying, useless whichever one you like. And can we please add a “scratch and sniff” feature, so we don’t have to go into properties that have apparently let cats use the whole house as a litter box?

Nothing will ever replace professionals who have been IN your home, as well as very familiar with the "comps" they claim to be using. Their data comes from various sources, in the form of flat numbers, and no true basis. Yes, these and other websites (that start with a "z") can give you a general figure, but for the most reliable and accurate info, consult your favorite agent! For tried and true methods for determining your home's value, you know where to find me! :)

Today is one of those days that just feels different.

Yay!!

After nearly two decades of strategic financial management, the City of Powell and Liberty Community Infrastructure Financing Authority (LCIFA) have reached a major milestone: the debt used to build infrastructure supporting Golf Village is being fully retired ahead of schedule.

What does that mean for residents? More than 1,500 Golf Village property owners within Powell city limits are expected to see lower property tax bills, averaging approximately $1,800 annually.

This milestone is the result of years of refinancing efforts, long-term planning and a commitment to protecting taxpayer dollars.
