Please discuss in the comments so I can learn how someone can sell a building with 2+ rental units in the City of Poughkeepsie without having to spend up to $40k in repairs or abatement....Thank you.

New York State Public Health Law 1377 now requires property owners of certain rental units to register their properties through a rental registry and obtain a lead safety certificate.
