🏡We let out a sigh of relief on this one!

It really does matter who you work with in real estate and my buyers found out the hard way. There were moments when we weren't sure if this one would even close after our date kept getting pushed back farther and farther. Sellers were out of town and going to be unavailable to close and buyers were on a timeline to get into the home so everyone was a little on edge.

Buyers had no clue that some days I was on the phone for hours making numerous calls to get their deal pushed through. When communication is a key role in getting deals done and one party isn't giving much info, there were moments where it was tough to know even what to do. But, we held in there and made it to the finish line.

Just closed on this Lake Texoma property that backs up to Corp land on a larger lot in Tanglewood.
