The last 6 months have been a grind, but I’ve never been more dialed in with my fitness and the results finally show it.

I know I post a lot of workout stats, but what people don’t always see is everything happening around those workouts… work, kids, schedules, exhaustion, and trying to balance life in general. The truth is, there’s never a “perfect” time to work out. You have to make the time.

Some days that means getting up for a 6 AM class. Other days it means rearranging my entire schedule just to squeeze a workout in. But I stopped making excuses and started finding ways to make it work.

People always say “hard work pays off,” and it absolutely does… but they don’t talk enough about how hard it is to stay consistent day after day. That’s the real challenge.

One thing that’s helped me a lot is taking classes and surrounding myself with people who push me, motivate me, and hold me accountable. Having that energy around you makes a huge difference on the days you don’t feel like showing up.

And honestly, I hope sharing this motivates someone else who may need it right now, because I know there was a point where I needed that motivation too.

Six months of consistency can completely change you. Let’s keep it going

Anyone can scroll listings online… but touring homes in person is a completely different experience. Photos and great marketing get buyers interested, but they don’t always tell the full story on quality, craftsmanship, layout, and details you only notice once you walk through the door.

Staying on top of inventory and seeing homes firsthand helps me better guide my clients on what’s truly worth the price tag — and sometimes it also means getting to tour some seriously cool houses. This one had a vintage phone booth in the basement, so obviously I had to grab a selfie 📞😂

The custom kitchen was an absolute 10/10, the cabinetry and design were a home run, the walk-in closets were massive, and I loved all the details throughout — from the brick archway to the custom butler’s pantry, color drenched rooms, and screened-in porch

$2,200 vs $275… for the SAME plumbing job 🤯

This is exactly why you don’t just call the biggest name you see on a truck.

Those ads, wraps, and “guarantees”? You’re paying for them. And sometimes… you’re paying 10x more.

Luckily, these homeowners got a second opinion—and saved BIG.

Moral of the story:
Don’t confuse name recognition with quality. Find people you trust who do honest work at a fair price.

As a realtor, I get asked all the time: ‘Where’s the best breakfast in Potomac?’

We’ve made it to the semifinals…let’s settle this.

Semifinal #1:
Boulangerie Christophe
vs.
Bethesda Bagels

Look…a bagel with cream cheese is a lot easier to pronounce at 7am than some of the items on the Christophe menu 😂

Bethesda Bagels moves on.

Semifinal #2:
Pura Vida Miami
vs.
Brooklyn Deli

Pura Vida is new, fresh, and has a lot of promise…

But Brooklyn Deli has been holding it down for Potomac for years.

Gotta give the edge to Brooklyn Deli.

Championship Round:
Bethesda Bagels
vs.
Brooklyn Deli

Honestly…you can’t go wrong with either.

But on a daily basis, not all of us have time to sit down for a full deli breakfast—between work, school drop-offs, and everything else.

So if I’m choosing consistency, speed, and quality…

🏆 I’m going Bethesda Bagels as the best breakfast spot in Potomac.

Agree or disagree?

You don’t need more time—you need more consistency.
Life gets busy. Work, family, responsibilities… it adds up.
But if you don’t make time for yourself, no one else will.

This isn’t for anyone else, it’s for me.

Months of consistent workouts, better habits, and showing up even on the days I didn’t feel like it… it all stacks. And it adds up faster than you think.

Some days feel like an uphill battle, no doubt. But you take it one day at a time, stay consistent, and that’s when things start to change.

I share this because if it can push even one person to keep going, it’s worth it. But at the end of the day, the real win is just putting in the work.

LETS GO! 💪🏼

As a realtor, I get asked all the time: ‘Best breakfast in Potomac?’

New School Showdown:
Pura Vida Miami
vs.
Dulce Crepes

Fresh Miami vibes vs build-your-own crepes.

Healthy & aesthetic…or sweet/savory and customizable.

As a realtor, I get asked all the time: ‘Where’s the best breakfast in Potomac?’

Today—we’re talking bagels.

Round 3: Best Bagels

Bethesda Bagels
vs.
Bagels ’n Grinds

Bethesda Bagels brings that classic NY-style feel—you can literally watch them hand-roll the bagels right in front of you. And the Potomac location is the only one where you can actually sit and eat.

Bagels ’n Grinds takes it to another level with a full water filtration system to replicate that NYC bagel taste. Plus, a great sit-down setup, beverage bar, and plenty of TVs—easy spot to hang out.

This one’s close…but I’m giving the edge to Bethesda Bagels.

👇 Agree or disagree? Who’s got the best bagel in Potomac?”

As a realtor, I get asked all the time by clients moving to the area: ‘Where’s the best place to get breakfast in Potomac?’

So we’re settling it—bracket style.

Round 2: DELI DUEL

Attman’s Deli
vs.
Brooklyn’s Deli

Both bring it—stacked sandwiches, big portions, and plenty of options.

Attman’s has that classic Baltimore deli feel…
Brooklyn Deli has that local neighborhood vibe (and those photos on the wall don’t miss).

Tough call on this one

As a realtor, one of the most common questions I get from people moving to Potomac is: ‘Where’s the best breakfast spot?’

So instead of guessing…we’re putting them head-to-head.

Matchup #1:
Boulangerie Christophe
vs.
Vie de France

I’ve got Boulangerie Christophe taking this round—but I might be wrong 👀

What’s your pick?”
