There are no stupid questions in real estate. There are only expensive assumptions. đ
Buying or selling a property is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. You SHOULD have questions. A lot of them.
Ask why.
Ask what that fee means.
Ask what happens if the inspection finds something.
Ask why the price changed.
Ask about the neighborhood.
Ask what that weird sentence in the contract means.
Ask me to explain it again if it still doesnât make sense.
A good real estate agent doesnât make you feel embarrassed for not knowing something you donât do every day.
Our job isnât just to open doors and write offers. Itâs to educate, explain, protect your interests, and make sure you understand what youâre agreeing to.
So please, ask the âstupidâ question.
Especially when there are six figures and a 30-year mortgage involved. đ
