Some appointments are about more than a signature. A parent's power of attorney. Paperwork after a loss. A document that has to be signed while everything else feels uncertain.

Those are the ones we slow down for. We come to you, explain each step plainly, and make sure it's done right the first time so you never have to think about it again.

Hey yawl, these are a few things that should at least make you stop and take a beat before completing a signing. Keep your handbook with you and NEVER be afraid to call the NNA or your SoS with questions! They’re there to help. They WANT you to call. Even if you think you have the dumbest question ever… CALL👏🏾 THEM👏🏾They’d rather you call than put the signer or your commission at risk.

If you’re still feeling squirrelly, join a community. My favorites are Training Hub® with Gist.
