The week before a holiday is one of the most overlooked times to list. Serious buyers are still out there... the casual browsers already checked out for the long weekend.

If you've been waiting for the "right time" to list before fall, this might be it. Message us.

Four months left in the year. Most agents will coast through them. We're looking for the ones who won't.

If you're a licensed agent ready to finish the year strong instead of waiting for January, we're adding a small number of serious producers to our Portland Metro and Vancouver, WA offices. Message us.

Waiting for the "right time" to sell usually just means waiting for someone else to sell first.

Homes listed right after Labor Day face serious buyers, not summer browsers and with up to $75,000 in upfront prep capital paid back at closing, cost isn't a reason to wait either.

Ready to talk timing? Message us.

Most agents slow down heading into fall. We're not interested in most agents.

We're adding a small number of serious, full time producers to our Portland Metro and Vancouver, WA offices this season... agents who want to end the year stronger, not coast into it. If that's you, message us.

Staging isn't guesswork for our agents... it's guided by a Staging Guide built alongside the design team at Better Homes & Gardens magazine, plus monthly Trendmaker sessions on what buyers actually respond to right now.

That's the level of preparation your listing gets when it goes to market with us.

Selling a higher end home takes more than good photos. Our agents use the Distinctive Collection's luxury marketing tools... proprietary media programs and international exposure designed specifically for standout properties.

If you're weighing how to position a premium listing in Portland Metro or Vancouver, WA, let's talk about what that could look like.
