Martine is the owner and CEO of Tammik Real Estate at Encompass Realty LLC. She started her career in real estate 14 years ago after first moving to Portland. Her experience began with property management, moved to commercial, and a few years ago she started working in residential real estate. Having worked in real estate for over a decade, Martine’s experience in sales, contracts, negotiations, a
nd property management give her a keen insight into the real-time dynamics of the market and the interactions between buyers and sellers. She also backs this knowledge with a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate Finance. Even with this wealth of knowledge, however, Martine’s greatest value to her clients is in the service that she provides, always making her clients a priority. Whether scanning the market for the latest listings, holding houses open for her sellers, or congratulating her clients after closing a deal, Martine is there to give her clients the advantage they need to get the best experience through buying or selling a home. Martine has lived in several neighborhoods throughout the Portland metro area and currently resides in South Burlingame in Southwest Portland with her partner Oke, a manager in the high-tech industry, and their little dog Cody. Together, they enjoy camping, hiking, wining-and-dining, and watching movies.
