In August:
🏡 2,440 new listings came on the market
🔑 1,902 homes closed
📆 Homes spent an average of 57 days on the market
📈 Inventory reached 3.8 months
💰 Median sale price was $540,000

But here’s the thing about real estate around here: Portland Metro is not one market.
What we’re seeing in Bethany may be completely different from Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego or a neighborhood just a few miles away.
