We have a housing affordability and accessibility problem. If you have talked to a builder lately, you likely heard how difficult it is to build. The reality is, we must pay attention to WHO gets elected.

Each election cycle, Portland Metro Association of Realtors (PMAR) interviews candidates and puts together a recommended Voters Guide based on their positions and plans for expanding homeownership opportunities. This is NOT about partisan politics or telling you who to vote for, rather it IS about helping you understand where candidates stand on housing.

Here is my ask: look at the candidates running in your area, do research, see how they align with things that matter to you, share the guide with your friends and neighbors, and VOTE!

This morning (with the help of claude.ai) I created code that now automatically identifies receipts in my email and saves them in a designated folder. Previously, I was forwarding each confirmation to my EA to do the same task. It was tedious. No more redundancy.
