Pretty packed Saturday living the investor life 🙌

🏡 Started with a showing at one of our rentals (always part of the game).
🌽🍑 Farmers market run — basil, corn, peaches, and some local sausages.
🛍️ Stopped by the garage sale at & — nothing over $20, with proceeds going to Rose Haven. Loved seeing so many local shops represented: .co . Olive, of course, scored a few treasures.
🎲 Hudson spent the afternoon at D&D, and I wrapped up the day at the SubTo meetup — big thanks to Robert Harden for hosting!

Chatted with a couple who are flipping right now but curious about holding long-term. We talked about how buy & hold can keep the asset, build cash flow, and still pull equity out — instead of just selling for a quick check.

This is the life I’m building with real estate: some days it’s rentals and pest guys, other days it’s community, family, and investor conversations that get me fired up. Wouldn’t trade it.
