🎉Congratulations to my incredible seller on the sale of her very first home,yesterday! What a monumental milestone and life-changing decision in the trajectory of her new journey. I am grateful beyond words that she trusted me to guide her through this exciting chapter.🙏💛

From the very beginning, everything moved quickly. We were under contract in just 7 days! Behind the scenes, that meant 57 custom reverse prospecting emails, 33 direct text messages to agents throughout my network, and 27 personal phone calls to agents both inside and outside our area, sharing the home’s unique features and helping maximize exposure.📞

✨And in a moment that still gives me chills, we officially went under contract at exactly 11:11 PM on day 7! For many, 1111 symbolizes alignment, new beginnings, and being exactly where you’re meant to be. It certainly felt that way for this transaction.✨

Although we encountered a few unexpected bumps along the road to the closing table (& it took the next seven days to work through them all and stay under contract)…we did it! Thanks to a shared commitment to the common goal, everyone worked together to bring us to a successful closing day.🙏😅🎉

One of the best parts of a full and busy weekend was helping my seller prepare her home for our upcoming closing.🏡

Moving has a way of reminding us just how many of life’s treasures we accumulate over the years. ✨While those items may have served us well and held special meaning, many can become treasures for someone else, too.💝

One wonderful place to donate is the Dogs and Cats Forever: Animal Sanctuary & No Kill Shelter Thrift Store at 1762 SW Bayshore Blvd, in Port St. Lucie. If you haven’t visited them, you’re truly missing a local treasure. Their two side-by-side stores offer everything from furniture, home décor, and household goods to clothing, jewelry, and outdoor items. Every purchase helps support the care of the precious fur babies waiting for their forever homes.💕🐾💗🛒

During our drop-off, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most radiant souls, working tirelessly in the Florida heat to sort and organize donations. Her gratitude, passion, and dedication to the animals were truly inspiring. She left me motivated to go home and clean out a few treasures of my own to donate.🥰💖

There are so many ways to support this incredible organization…through donations, volunteering, fostering, sharing their posts, donating supplies, contributing items to their thrift store, & or having fun shopping there!💞🛍️🐾

I’m a big proponent of supporting local organizations, especially those that operate solely through the generosity of volunteers and community support, with no outside funding or subsidization. Together, we can make a difference.🙏❤️🐶🐱

The energy was off the chain… the enthusiasm, dedication, generosity, teamwork, and yes… definitely the competitive spirit showed up in a BIG way…all for the love of the animals.❤️🐾💥
