My out of state buyer, Jay, was referred to me by a lady he worked with who I helped successfully from out of state in 2021! His son is starting University this month! Jay and his wife had a goal to purchase a property for their son to live in while attending Riddle and we made it happen in under 30 days! They traveled here for 4 days and we hit the ground looking. We found one but they had to travel back to MA. I was honored to assist them through all the steps here: negotiating a phenomenal deal, conducting home inspections, obtaining home insurance, survey performance and then closing only 3 weeks later! Congrats to Jay and his family who now own in historical neighborhood!

I had the privilege of assisting the original owner of this home built in 1972 accomplish his goal of selling for TOP DOLLAR! He built this home when he was 26 years old, raised his family and then retired here! At 78 he had a goal to sell and relocate asking me for help and I am honored to say we listed and found a buyer and closed in under 30 days!
