CONGRATULATIONS to my Buyers for closing on their new home! This one was a long time coming! I met the buyers at this open house in November! But they needed to sell their house before buying this one. This home stayed on the market until April, when my buyers were ready to buy their new home, it was still available! It was meant to be 🥰 by the time they were ready to buy this home, we were able to get $15,000 off the asking price plus $5000 in repairs paid for by the sellers!
