Leadership Ponca City Class 40 took their next step together with an unforgettable overnight retreat at Camp Horizon last Thursday & Friday!
Class 40 spent time getting to know one another, building trust, stepping outside their comfort zones, laughing A LOT, and learning more about what it means to lead as a team.
There were challenges, meaningful conversations, plenty of fun, and those moments that turn a group of individuals into a class.
Class 40 is already showing us they are ready to connect, grow, and make a difference in Ponca City. We are excited to see what this group accomplishes together!
