Ventured down to Perry for this timeless, understated MCM style home! It may have been updated a time or two in its life, but still kept to its classic MCM roots. I can’t wait for closing day on this home because I’m pretty sure the buyers were ready to move in the day of showing, it was just that welcoming!

Almost half of sellers gave buyers a concession recently – the highest share on record for this time of year. Builders are also compromising, with over 60% offering incentives like upgrades or discounts.

That says one thing: negotiations are back on the table.
