BIG NEWS!!! Today I celebrate my biggest Florida Supreme Court win on behalf of a great person who faced heartbreaking challenges to become an attorney. I obtained a 90-day non-rehabilitative suspension at final hearing and The Florida Bar appealed seeking an 18-month rehabilitative suspension.

From trial at final hearing to appellate briefs, today the 90-day suspension stands and the Florida Bar's pursuit of 18-month suspension was denied. This case at the high court stands for the proposition that the facts/circumstances of a criminal conviction matter in disciplinary cases. Great precedent. Justice served today! Juan Carlos Arias
