Please sign the following petition to stop the Pomona Down Zoning, even if you reside elsewhere in Rockland County. Here’s why ….

As Pomona’s Mayor, I lead the fight to defend our Quality of Life from irresponsible development. In Federal Courts, Pomona’s laws - Including our House of Worship laws - were defended & determined to be facially neutral. As Mayor, because I fought to ensure we challenged the courts original decision, I saved taxpayers over $3 million.

Recently, the new board is showing their allegiance to religion rather than upholding the existing facially neutral laws which withstood federal scrutiny. Today board members - through their allegiance to religion rather than the entire and extended communities - is attempting to change our existing laws and Down Zone Pomona with a new House of Worship law.

Your voice and your signature on this petition will send a clear message that our Quality of Life, our Environment, and our Natural Water Resources must not be negatively impacted due to blind allegiance to religion.

Today is Election Day in the Village of Pomona.

Polls were supposed to open at 6am! Unbelievable!

However because THIS BOARD (which includes Lasker as this board failed to acknowledge my appointment and cited continuity of government) has failed to address ongoing computer issues. Because of this, most basic US Constitutional right to vote HAS BEEN IMPEDDED.

Each and every board member who failed in this most basic fiduciary capacity has caused irreputable harm to not only the candidates but each voter in the village. And they will be held personally liable!

FYI the current Board of Trustees have PREVENTED US Mail communications from being delivered to every Village Address. Why? To disenfranchise the village residents?

Mark Twain once said "It's easier to fool a man than convince him he's been fooled."

Mr. Lasker (and guilt by association his running mate), have cited discrimination as their 'battle' cry. If this was the case, then myself and the Village would not have PREVAILED in Federal Courts on Tartikov. The same can NOT be stated for Mr. Lasker and his friends...Robert Klein who LIED to a Federal Judge. And I CAN NOT WAIT for that aspect to come out in court as the judge will be PI**ED as she was made a fool. Facts matter. Facts are that rather than following the law, Tartikov attempted to jam up the courts for 13 years with BS! What's really sad is members of our community knew the lies that Tartikov was engaging in and because of these lies, as my neighbor one said... "He stood up in his Shul and said what was happening to me was a disgrace. It was painting an entire community with a dirty brush and should stop. And that he was lucky to have me as a neighbor, friend, and Mayor (Trustee)." It's ashame that three are not more residents like Sruli Weinstein.

On September 15, 2019, when the Absentee Ballots were being counted at Village Hall, Trustees Lasker, Klein, Fuchs and MacFarlane NEVER objected to the reading of People's names and HOW THEY VOTED when then Absentee Ballots were opened and the votes revealed. WHAT OCCURRED WAS A VIOLATION of a person's Constitutional right to the privacy of a VOTE. AND Mr. Lasker proudly stated on more than one occasion, after the person's name was read, BUT BEFORE their vote revealed, HOW THEY HAD VOTED!!! Additionally, two SEPARATE piles were established to distinguish the votes.

What's truly sad is that this VIOLATION of LAW was captured on VIDEO RECORDING and the Rockland County Sheriff's department is investigation.

When I NOTICED that something was wrong, I immediately started recording. Mr. Lasker then publicly in front of a room full of trustees, poll workers and the public who was allowed to witness the event, made several comments: 1) That there was no video taping allowed. 2) That myself and other members of the public who were permitted to witness the counts be IMMEDIATELY removed, and lastly when this did NOT work, 3) A former Trustee of this village (LASKER) loudly and publicly called me an anti-Semite numerous times in FRONT OF A ROOM FULL OF WITNESSES!!! This former Trustee - without any factual basis for such a remark has OPENED UP EACH resident to a HUGE multi-million dollar lawsuit for SLANDER!. My patience with an ignoramuses such as this is waning. An individual such as Mr. Lasker is not fit to hold office, let along be a dog catcher. In short, perhaps Mr. Greenberg should have vetted Mr. Lasker better as this most definitely brings into question his ability to judge character.
