Kyler had a dream, and weā€™re so thankful she trusted us to help make it happen. She wanted a home with a little more elbow room and a place where she could truly slow down and enjoy the views, but first, we had to get her current home sold.

It wasnā€™t the smoothest journey, and it definitely didnā€™t happen overnight. We wrote offers that werenā€™t accepted, and at one point, an offer on her home fell apart less than 24 hours after going under contract. But through every twist and turn, Kyler trusted us and trusted the process. We kept showing up, kept pushing forward, and stayed the course together.

In the end, everything fell into place exactly the way it was meant to. Her home sold, and we found her the perfect spot with the elbow room she was hoping for and stunning views of Flathead Lake. We truly could not be more excited for her and this next chapter!

A couple weeks ago, we closed on our home and handed the keys over to its new owners. It was such a bittersweet moment.

I bought this house 8 1/2 years ago as a single mom after praying for a home just like it for years. And when the timing was right, God provided exactly what I had been hoping for. Not long after, Chris came into our lives and turned that house into a true home.

I had so many ideas and visions for what I wanted the space to become, and Chris brought them to life one project at a time. So many memories were made within those walls, the ordinary, everyday moments that somehow become the most meaningful ones to look back on.

ļ»æWhile it was hard to say goodbye, weā€™re so thankful for everything this home represented in our story and excited for the memories waiting to be made in our next chapter.

1. I'm 5ā€™4" tall.

This is how many times people saw my social media last year. As far as I know, I am the only agent in Polson who does this kind of marketing.

Many of the ads I run on social media arenā€™t even about meā€”they promote my listings, or help me find homes for my buyers.

The truth is, I get my sellers more exposure on their listings than any other agent, and frankly, unless I promoted their house on Interstate US Route 93, a billboard would not even get that kind of reach around here.
