JUST SAY NO:

Even though ma*****na is legal in several states in the U.S.A. ma*****na is still ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL LAW. Ma*****na use or possession may lead to losing your green card, being detained or being denied entry to the United States.

Don't let this happen to you. Consult an experienced immigration attorney especially if you are a green card holder considering taking a trip outside U.S.A.

Green card holders-remember if you travel outside the U.S.A.

you are subject to inspection by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) when you return to U.S.A.

So, if you ever

1) were arrested anywhere in the world even for a "minor" offense,

or

2) had an immigration court case

or

3) had an immigration violation

please consult an experienced immigration lawyer before traveling outside the U.S.A.
