Mediation is a tool many attorneys use to resolve civil disputes. A good mediator can bring parties to a resolution that might have seemed impossible before the mediation. Just because you are involved in a lawsuit does not mean that you have to go to trial to get a positive result.

Hi, This is Ron Danks. I have had a lot of people ask me about my plans as the other occupants of our building are transitioning from Myers Insurance to McKay Group.

I will still be here operating as an attorney. Myers, Myers, & Danks was started by Howard Myers in 1941 and continued with his son, Pat Myers who brought me aboard in 1994. I have been blessed with two great partners in Phil Myers and Carly Smith. Phil and Carly have moved on to other adventures, but I will be here and hope to celebrate the Centennial of our firm in 2041. We will always be known as Myers, Myers, & Danks to honor Howard and Pat as long as I am here.
