DWI AND REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TO AN ALCOTEST CONVICTIONS VACATED, AND TICKETS DISMISSED

Jonathan Diego, Esq. (DIEGO LAW FIRM, LLC) recently appeared in a New Jersey court on behalf of a client previously convicted of DWI, and Refusal to Submit to an Alcotest. Mr. Diego successfully argued that the DWI and Refusal convictions must be vacated and dismissed due to constitutional and procedural infirmities. Upon reviewing Mr. Diego's legal brief, setting forth the applicable law and relevant facts, the Prosecutor and Judge agreed that the DWI and Refusal convictions could not stand, resulting in the convictions being vacated and the dismissal of the tickets.
